Trump thinks that everything that he believes and does is correct and when it turns out in reality that his actions don't yield the results that he wants, he doesn't really adjust for that, but instead he simply doubles down or in some cases even triples down on what he was doing originally. When that doesn't work he continues doing the same thing over and over with slight modifications and none of it seems to go well for him. He doesn't care and he keeps on doing it.

This suggests that Trump is completely unable to learn from experience. This is not surprising as he is mentally ill and what you are seeing is the behavior and the actions of a mentally ill person that you elected as President.

Are you happy with your choice? Have you realized now that you might have made a somewhat serious mistake with your vote and do you regret it? Finally, what are you going to do to make up for the harm you did?

Donald wants to supposedly bring back manufacturing jobs to the USA, Not a bad goal. But he is doing that by bullying his allies with threats of tariffs and annexation. Theses countries are also the USA's chief markets. This isolationist America first policy is forcing these markets to trade else ware and not with the USA. So the USA needs to decide do you wants to have a market for American goods of 350 million or a market of billions of people? America first is America alone.

Nobody is going to open a manufacturing plant in the US because corporate taxes and minimum wage is too high. You'd have to completely destroy the economy first to bring prices down to a third world level.
