If the victim of a crime I committed comes to my place of work, do I just drop everything I'm doing and leave?

So basically this guy was driving like a jackass, and put a kid, and their family in danger, so I drove like a jack ass, and ran into his parked car while he was in it. I know I was very wrong. I was booked in the jail. Fined $500, had to serve 40 hrs of community service, license was suspended for 90 days. and im on probation for 2 years. The police looked at footage from a security camera, and talked to witnesses, and gave the other guy a ticket for reckless driving. I was court ordered no contact with this guy. I lost my job shortly after this happened (it was back in July) and im currently applying for jobs, most of them working with the public. Im worried that if I get a job, and when I'm working that job, this guy will walk in to wherever I'm working. Do I just drop everything im doing, and leave to avoid getting in trouble, because I'd probably end up serving jail time, and potentially prison.

No, if the guy walks into a store where you have a job or a bank or a restaurant, you won't be cited for a parole violation. He approached you at your job probably without knowing you worked there. You weren't stalking him for revenge. The court would recognize that as long as the two of you don't get confrontational. That's what the "no contact" order was put in place to address.

Yeah sounds like a strat. No job is worth violating a restraining order. Just go to the back and ask someone else to service him. I don't know if they'd consider it a violation if he visits though. I think that only counts if its reverse.
