Trump can't redefine shit, he's not congress or the courts.

Sure Trump has bought out/intimidated congress to go along with him, but that sort of shit doesn't work on courts.

That silly piece of paper called the "constitution" means the three branches must be co-equal. So even if Trump has neutered one branch, it means the other has to work twice as hard to maintain the illusion of "co-equal".

If your parents were legal residents in a state in the USA when they birthed you on US soil, then your a citizen. They don't have to be citizens when you are born. They just have to be a legal resident of a state. Those in questions are anchor babies that were born to illegal aliens. The legal argument is very basic because residents of states have constitutional rights. The states are the party to the contract of the constitution, and thus by extension their legal residents.
