I fail to see what's so scary about people having free access to healthcare, education, or free medication, without spending thousands of money per year on insurance or student loans and getting equal opportunities at a decent job, or a happy and fulfilling live. Unless of course, you're the owner of some multinational corporation that preys on the poor and/or exploits developing countries, free from any regulation, or accountability

On the other hand, fascism is a dangerous ideology that has led to world wars and genocides. I don't understand how anyone can think these two systems are even remotely comparable to each other

Frankly, communism as envisioned by the old white men who watch Fox News doesn't even exist. Hell, they call the Democratic Party communist when in actuality the Democrats are center right on any authentic political spectrum.

Even in China communism exists in name only. The SEOs that run their industrial policy are more likened to statist capitalism.

I voted no, because Communism seems to be the fast lane to having no food and starving to death and other such reasons which give it the historical title of being the best at killing the most of it's own citizens.

Yes. At least there are ways to implement communism without authoritarianism but fascism is an evil ideology by nature.
