How do you feel about Supreme Court of USA letting trump's admin cancel $65M in teaching grants?

The Supreme Court is allowing the Trump administration to cancel $65 million in education grants targeted as part of President Donald Trump’s pledge to eliminate so-called diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

In a 5-4 ruling Friday, the justices granted the administration’s request to terminate the grants while litigation over the issue proceeds. The high court’s action lifted an order a federal judge in Boston issued last month blocking the administration from terminating the grants for teacher-training programs in eight Democratic-led states that sued to restore the grants.

Chief Justice John Roberts and the court’s three liberal justices dissented from the high court’s ruling.

I feel it sucks since people probably built their lives around that money.

But feelings are one thing and money something else. It doesn't exist and if leader thinks we cannot afford it, then they cancel payment.

I feel it does create instability. These are unique times of change... painful for many.

I personally don't think investments in LGB whatever are that relevant unless it's how to figure out how to help them or improve livelihood, and maybe that's better off in private investment anyways.

This is a technical ruling. SCOTUS did not rule that canceling the Grant's was legal. It ruled that the parties that brought the suit didn't have standing, meaning simply that they have no right to sue for this.
