Sorry man. You and I usually have similar perspectives, but after looking at your responses to many people here, I'd say we disagree on this one. No harm in that!

To elaborate on my view, I have nothing against gay people, the same way I have nothing against people with Down syndrome or any other afflictions. I don't think it's a sin to be gay or anything. It's how you're born (most of the time). I'm not religious, so I don't believe in "sins" anyway.

However, I do have an issue with the "pride" movement, which seems to be a group of people trying to force their values on others. There's no reason to be teaching anything about that kind of stuff to kids in school, and encouraging them to be gay (which seems to be the case in the West,) and forcing rainbow flags up everywhere. I'm sad something as beautiful as a rainbow has been hijacked by that group, the same way ISIS (a goddess associated with heavenly lights has now been taken by the terrorist group). I'm also not okay with surgery to mutilate humans. People should be encouraged to accept themselves for who they are, not mutilate themselves because they don't like their body. It's not natural to try and cut someone's dick off and cut a hole for a vagina that doesn't work as an actual vagina.

Trans people are genuinely disgusting to look at. I know that sounds harsh, but it's the truth. And I hate that the men are being allowed to participate in women's sports. That's ridiculous and lacks any common sense, but you know what they say about common sense.

There is nothing new under the sun. Humans have been gay etc., since humans became human.

It's rational to aim to accept people where they are, whether you approve of them or not. As long as they aren't hurting you or themselves, and someone's sexual orientation doesn't harm anyone.

There is this erroneous belief that gay and trans people are seeking to "groom" children to be like they are.

But, first off, you're talking about pedophiles. Very few people are pedophiles. And most adults who are having sex with youth or children appear to be heterosexual pedophiles violating opposite sex children.

And pedos are not groomers. They simply want to USE minors to have sex with them because children are their sex objects. They're not trying to CREATE NEW PEDOPHILES. They simply want illicit sex with children. This is NOT grooming.

The other erroneous belief is that gay and trans people are grooming children to become gay or trans. Again, a completely erroneous belief. Most people know what their sexual orientation is in early childhood. It is HARDWIRED. You can no more CHANGE someone's sexual orientation than you can stop a clock.

Grooming happens with SEX TRAFFICKERS. They fool innocent kids into having sex for money and giving the money to their traffickers. Or they force people to have sex for money to supply them with money. They create sex workers.

Pedophiles, gay and trans people do not seek to make more of themselves because they are not in the business of sex for money.

People who believe such things are confused. Most gay and trans people simply want to live quiet lives. Pedophiles want this too, but since they're breaking the law by not getting consent to have sex with minors, who are illegal to have sex with anyway, they're breaking the law. A problem all around. Very damaging to young children too.

It is different and diverges from the ‘norm’.

Norm being, “I never heard of this when I was young therefore it doesn’t exist” + “Some angry man who is insecure told me that if I didn’t hate them I’m just as feminine and emasculated as they are”.

Compassion, empathy, open mindfulness, and hearing from both sides / primary sources means nothing as long as the fear is too strong to think of doing any of those.

Lot of it is a pyramid scheme of power dynamics. They feel brutalized by the larger world and there's nothing that can be done about it. So if someone else becomes an "other" you yourself can brutalize them and in a small way become the top of your own pyramid scheme and find meaning in the brutality.

But you push it on our children in our public schools, and you compete against women in women's sports, and that's the shit we hate.

I'm a Christian conservative, and I don't "hate" ANYBODY. What I DO hate is homosexuality and transvestitism. My LOVE for those people who are afflicted with those 2 things I mentioned, causes me to wish for mental health treatment for those people. Much happiness will be gained for them
