Article I, Section 8, Clause 18 it speaks specifically to Congresses foregoing Powers authority.
"[The Congress shall have Power. . . ] To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof."
As a result Congress has made such laws concerning foreign powers that I have clearly pointed out in Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 which I linked you to and specifically highlighted the areas of interest that allows officers to remove aliens from the United States without further hearing or review if they don't present a credible fear of persecution.

The complete and total authority over law making concerning foreign powers, as immigration laws is in the hands of Congress. No other branch of government has any say on that... "Congress may make rules as to aliens that would be unacceptable if applied to citizens" and there is a "longstanding view that the Government may constitutionally detain deportable aliens during the limited period necessary for their removal proceedings" which is confirmed by Demore v. Kim, 538 U. S. 510 (2003).

This case law specifically makes a distinction between a Person that has illegally enter the United States and a Citizen and confirms that illegal aliens can be detained without a need to criminally charge and process them. They do not have the same rights as Citizens. Nothing could be more clear.

Even after being convicted of felony crimes the Supreme Court says they must go through a removal hearing which determines whether they stay or go. So yes, they have the same right to due process as everyone else does. Our founding fathers believed everyone, citizen or not had a right to due process and they do.

The Fifth Amendment doesn't apply to immigration deportations. So the answer is "nothing". The 5th doesn't even address it.

If you walk into a building, like a store or office, and they tell you to leave, you must leave. Otherwise you are trespassing. If they call the police, the police will also tell you to leave. You do not get a trial, you must leave.
If you don't leave after they tell you, it is trespassing. The business CAN file trespassing charges against you. **IF** they do, THEN you might have the right to a trial. But if they don't file charges, you still have to leave, and you don't have a right to a trial.

I don't hate the constitution. But kicking them out and having them attempt to come back in for their due process is no different then a guy who robs a bank, gets arrested and sits in jail waiting for his "due process" trial.
If you are suspected of committing a crime you get arrested and thrown in jail and wait for your due process. That happens millions of times every year in this country and is perfectly legal and constitutional.
If someone is suspected of being in this country illegally then the same process can happen, go to jail and wait for your due process, or the more humain thing is deportation vs jail.
The due process is the same as you would get if you are arrested for robbing a bank.. it comes after your arrest and being thrown in jail to wait for your trial.
