I'm a white guy and I've been a drummer since my days in the womb!! Probably even in dad's nuts! He was a drummer, too. I also used to be a fantastic dancer!! The guy that started my band was a black guy who hardly ever danced and tried playing my drums once and admitted it was pretty hard for him to do. I also never saw him eat fried chicken or watermelon!!
Not necessarily, but there are people who happen to be "Black" that got natural rhythm from their parents.. But there are "White" people born with rhythm.. It's moreso culture really..

No man , I have rhythum., yes dark probably start sooner , but all can be involved.
Look at groups and tribes. We all may have an affinity for rhythm in our DNA but culture suppresses it.
Yes, I think it's quite possible. Black people are usually talented in many genres of music (pop, rock, rap, electronic etc).
