Due process in the U. S. legal system refers to the constitutional guarantee that the government must respect all legal rights owed to a person according to the law. It ensures fair treatment through the normal judicial system and protects individuals from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property.

Yes, due process is guaranteed for all, including undocumented immigrants but there's a different standard, by federal law for them. They're not guaranteed a trial by jury to be deported, especially if they've only been here a couple years.

Even foreign diplomats if they are arrested or detained by police in the US are still entitled to due process before they are deported.

That's the point, though, foreign diplomats are not under the jurisdiction of the US, they can't be arrested, sued or prosecuted. All the country can do is declare them persona non grata and ask that their country takes them back.

yes, but the definition of due process has never been defined. historically each illegal alien has not been given a jury trial with an appeal. How did Obama do it? how did Eisenhower do it?
President Trump has included in the reconciliation bill the ability to defund the courts where the judges are making their own laws and imposing them on the whole nation. This will be a game changer.
