The Trump Organization (revealed via Trump's son, Eric) has announced that they've licensed the presidential family name for smartphones and cellular services, calling it "Trump Mobile." The cellular service currently appears to have only one plan, titled "The 47 Plan" in reference to Trump's second term making him the 47th president. It's priced at $47.45. Additionally, they're releasing a "T1 Phone" later this summer, which is described as a "sleek, gold smartphone engineered for performance," and seemingly comes adorned with not only a massive T1 on the back, but also an American flag. The organization has specified, however, that the $499 phone was not designed or made by Trump Mobile, but by another company entirely. If the gold is a bit too flashy for you, no worries, they've unveiled a second, more subtle option. While the press release states that the phone is "proudly designed and built in the United States," in an interview this morning, Eric said that "eventually, all the phones can be built in the United States of America," continuing on about how "we have to bring manufacturing back" to the country. I'm no expert, but to me... that kinda sounds like... they're currently not being made in the US, no?" The Trump Mobile site boasts that its plan offers the "same coverage as the 3 nationwide phone service carriers" and that it supports a U. S.-based customer service call center. The Trump Mobile website says its T1 phone runs on Android 15 and features a 6.8-inch AMOLED screen with a 16-megapixel selfie camera. Its other specs include 12 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of internal storage, as well as a 50-megapixel main camera. The company also says it offers telehealth services through a third-party partnership with Doctegrity. Doctegrity costs a minimum of $29/month. It is not clear whether that cost will be covered. The Trump Mobile offers international calls, however, the website shows that free calls to other countries are time limited.

I read that they piggyback off T-Mobiles network just like Patriot Mobile and Consumer mobile. They have the same encryption and same security as T-Mobile. Their 47 Plan is $47.45/ month for unlimited voice and text and I think it said 20 GB of data. You can buy their phone of bring your existing hardware. Their tech support is Americans.
