They didn’t lose anything, they threw it away. It was a lot of things that they’ve done along the way, but it started with their elitist attitudes. They actually think that they are better than everyone else and we should all sit down and shut up and let them rule uncontested because only they know what is best. They punctuated everything by literally abandoning the democratic process and appointing their presidential hopeful. All while claiming that their political opponents were the threat to democracy.
What is honestly most shocking to me is that they didn’t learn anything. The American people proved that we’re not nearly as dumb as they think we are. Their response has been to double down on all of the nonsense that won the election for Drumpf. The only possible reasoning is that they think that they can still prove Drumpf either corrupt or inept. As they burn cities to the ground, if he responds he’s a fascist. If he doesn’t, he’s inept.
Meanwhile, rational people are watching the work he’s doing and trying to do before we decide if he’s corrupt or inept. You know, what the left used to do.

I will say they lost due to the election being close in 2020.

Some counties were under 10k, 20k, 1 million, and 8k I think so, it was anyone’s race depending on how people voted in those particular regions.

We knew this election was going to be close in 2024… The night of the election Donald J Trump had a 51% victory and now it is 49.8% it was pretty close in terms of popular vote (which doesn’t mean crap since electoral college is the winner). 75 million to Trump’s 77 million.

I believe at the heart of it is, Democrats didn’t turn up because 1) they didn’t think Trump would win since the media told them she could win Florida, Iowa, and Ohio along with maybe Texas which was BS 2) they didn’t feel the Democrats represented the working class as much as the opposition 3) Biden’s health and instability also Lame Duck period 4) No major civil rights policy 5) Kamala Harris was in charge of border which had bad reputation thanks to Fox News broadcasts with no rebuttals

Republicans were always going to be open arms to Trump because 1) he is a former president 2) they felt he was robbed which was a govt conspiracy against him so it enabled them to vote for him 3) assassination attempt made him more likable which is a thing that happens 4) felt he was the man of men / working class

All I know is, 226 is smaller than 312. Kamala Harris lost, though she admittedly got more votes than Hillary Clinton which is impressive for the second female front runner to achieve.

But democrats did show up… they just voted for Trump. He won every swing state. He won every county that was flipped, she won none. He improved his vote totals in every county in the country. The mass of illegals voting in California throw the popular vote but it doesn’t mean anything. Without them, he won the popular vote too.

It states you will need identification AND last four digits of social security AND date of birth.
Illegal immigrants don’t have a social security AND combination of those other two requirements since they didn’t come from here which makes it null and void.
This website: www.sos.ca.gov/.../who-can-vote-california , Clarifies that only US Citizens residing in California can vote which again disproves the misinformation.

It's silly to run on a socialist platform where all religion would be destroyed and Christians would be persecuted by the government while burning churches in the streets of America and expect to win an election. partially, the dems did go too far with the wokeness. but there's also the billion dollar effort of the right to get more support (from younger men especially), biden being senile/terrible candidate and being replaced last minute by kamala, kamala being anti palestine (a lot of gen z & arabs avoided voting her for her for that reason), lack of interest in the election (very low turnout) and trump is a very charismatic figure with a chokehold on many people
