No. In California they have no need to hide. Terrorists are all around waving foreign flags, trying to murder LEOs, burning cities to the ground and screaming for the total destruction of our democracy.

Probably not.. There seems to be a noticeable Middle Eastern population where I live, but I doubt any of them are "sleeper cells"..
