Under the law women have to be treated the same as men. But if a Supreme Court judge doesn't know what a woman is how can they enforce those laws?

It doesn’t matter because they like to play games with the letter of the law versus the spirit of the law. There are literally hundreds of examples in every state and the federal government in which women have rights and privileges that men have never had. Nobody actually wants equality. That has been the problem from the very beginning of feminism. It’s a movement toward female supremacy, not gender equality. Anyone who suggests otherwise is a liar or a fool.
