I dont support political parties explicitly. They are just a container that may or may not contain people that I approve of and more often than not forces those people that I approve of to compromise on their own values.

I also dont necessarily believe in strict "slogans" either. Everything from taxes to laws and policies, even wars are just tools to be wielded by national leaders. There is a time and a place for war, austerity and everything bad that you might imagine. I dont want a national leader who just gives up their tools for arbitrary "moral" or more likely, political reasons. I want a national leader whom I can trust with powers that they won't use unless they absolutely have to. Not because they are not allowed to, but because they understand when and where to use it.

Also, USA is a 2 party system. There can't support a 3rd party due to systematic limitations that would have to be fixed first if you want to start a 3rd party there.
