Even having a microform of a utopian society is unrealistic, do you agree?

So what do I mean by this. I mean any law in your country or society being passed will never be broken or even any cultural norm. So it doesn't' even have to be a law. Like lets say for example a cultural norm is to not date your cousin, but even if you have one person break that rule then you don't have that microform of utopia anymore.

Lets say you live in a society that is maintained by automation and robots. Lets say that there is a "full dive" VR that simulates "reality" better than actual reality and allows you to live out your greatest fantasies in private. Lets say that this VR is so good that nobody ever wants to really interact with the real world anymore and the automated society completely tends to all their needs so that they will not even have to disconnect in the first place.

A kind of utopian version of the Matrix but everyone is in their own "server" where everyone around them are just NPC's and not real people. Nothing you can do in that virtual world would impact or hurt anyone else and there is no property damage. Since everyone will be spending all their times in a completely safe environment where you can't commit any crime and you are completely safe from crime then I think you could consider this a form of utopia that would fulfill your requirements.

Smaller confined communities are more easily and more naturally regulated. There are always going to be brigands and mavericks. But outliers are 100% more easily managed in SMALL communities. There isn’t a single form of government and economy that has widespread failure on smaller communities. Communism, socialism, capitalism, even fascism and monarchy are extremely successful on smaller scales. This is exactly why the modern ideology of huge, overwhelming, overreaching totalitarian government is a failure and always has been.

That's the thing about laws. The existence of laws is an admission of failure within society. Any type of utopian society would not need laws. If it needs laws then its not utopian.
