If you accidentally killed someone and it was really bad, such that you couldn’t convince others it was accidental, would you turn yourself in?

I don’t think it’s any secret that our justice system is flawed. We have convicted innocent people and let the worst kinds of criminals go free.
Say there’s no way you could prove your innocence, but you might be able to get away with it if you can cover the whole thing up. Do you turn yourself in and take your chances with a broken system? Or do you dispose of the evidence and pretend that their life meant nothing?
