• the feds couldn't launch wars against other countries
• they couldn't supply weapons and aid to other countries
• they couldn't impose morals on abortion or anything else
• people could live in the kind of place they want to live how they want to live more easily

No. The violence doesn't come from the government, it comes from the economic sphere, which has grown so powerful it's wrecking the other two spheres. The federal government is just the political arm of the economic machine, which is why it can wage wars and impose its will. If you just got rid of the government, the economic sphere would just organize itself differently to do the same thing. The solution isn't to tear down the political structure, but to reorganize society so the economic sphere is independent, the cultural life is free, and the political life is a true sphere of rights. That's the only way to create a healthy, non-violent society.
