God sure felt that way in the old testament according to the Jews. Apparently their enemies felt the same way.

I will reserve judgement. I think some should go by the way side but to be honest this world is more about power than right and wrong. A lot of cultures that may have been wonderful... were wiped out by the more powerful and selfish. This isn't a world you reallly want... no wonder Jesus checked out and offered to save as many as He could.

As for that poster, it's a racist trope, and was propaganda from when the Soviets were fighting in Afghanistan.

The reality is that poverty in some places of Afghanistan can get so bad that they have to sell their kids.
