I disagree, there is tribe mentality and there is harmonious mentality.
On the tribe mentality which modern society is becoming its each tribe for themselves and you keep trying to secure resources with your tribe as the other tribe is obviously the most horrible thing on earth and if you do it its for the sake of the group but if they do it its absolutely horrible. Its a savage mentality that will escalate further and further over time.

The other version is the harmonious mindset where you all agree on the base principles you need to life together happily, make sacrefises for each other but let each other be themselves as much as possible. That creates harmony between all groups even if they don't share much in common aside from there basic fundamentals they all agree upon such as the language, law and social norms. With that mindset you will see that these tribes all blend into one happy society as happened in Europe over the course of history.

So to me Civilisation is the ability to come together in harmony instead of constantly seeking your own (group) benefit over the sake of others.

Disagree. In some cultures circumcision, child-marriage and acid throwing is a thing. That should never be justified and such cultures are dangerous. Some people and cultures are more peaceful than others and some are more dangerous. It's something we shouldn't deny.

Cultural relativism can't exist without moral relativism unless you assume all cultures follow the same universally accepted morals which is, at the moment, factually wrong.

Disagree. While this is true in many cases, there are also genetic reasons for people to be what would be considered "evil" in every society.

I agree with this. I believe your genetic makeup is the primary factor in your sense of morality and decisions you make in your life. Some people just have a natural inclination towards morality and philosophical concepts.
