Dont like executing. Let them rot in prison for the rest of their lives. Executing is an easy way out for those people. Let them see the world they tried to prevent from happening. Let them see their enemies walk the streets freely while they sit in a cell. It must be torture for these nazis to see jews walk the streets.

Most war criminals got prison terms and were mostly all released sometime in the 50s. They must have been tried in a liberal sanctuary city.
