Why do right wingers take joy in seeing families broken up due to deportations?

I know they feel all undocumented immigrants should be deported, but as a human being it still is gut wrenching to think of their children and family watching them get dragged away and made fun of in the media and by the government.

If they were all actual violent criminals I guess I could understand, but many of these people are people that work and pay taxes, are part of our communities, and we're just trying to give their family the best they could. Getting citizenship is difficult and people can't afford to wait. Again I understand "they broke the law" but who were the victims? Corporations and both the Democrats and Republicans have screwed over the working class far more than any immigrants, legal or not, has.

I see it a lot here, jokes poked at these people, celebration and assumptions made about them, it's pretty gross in my opinion and makes me feel like right wingers would like up to watch immigrants get mauled by lions in a colleseum and justify as "well they were criminals".

Conservatives do not take joy in seeing families broken apart. Conservatives feel satisfaction in seeing laws enforced. I would prefer to see the entire family being deported, so that they can remain together.
