hospice is a sad story. Maybe volunteer at the local food pantry. It is whare the rubber meets the road.
I don't think I'll learn any transferrable skills there, as I already know how to cook from my time during college
Hospice if you have a very good heart.
Yeah but I gotta pass interview, references, training, and background check lmao
I'm only volunteering because I need more time to progress my startup, I don't wanna be at home all the time with my dysfunctional family, even random people are observing I'm too socially isolated, and I get to learn new skills and experiences
Because the only jobs I qualify for are either too low paying, has odd hours for the shifts, terrible work conditions, lack of benefits, and/or weak job security.
I sadly don't have the experience, connections, nor education for anything else better; well I did for tech in coding, but then generative AI came along and Musk laying off like 80% of Twitter without it collapsing, so those sent a ripple effect throughout the tech industry

Jamaica could probably use the help.
I don't have a renewed passport
My old one expired and to make a new one, I have to provide a few references plus a guarantor as a witness or something
