Why do a lot of Indians tend to tolerate mistreatment just to have a white partner?

For example, take JD Vance's wife Usha.

Her husband has publicly said things like "“Obviously she's not white but she's a good mom”. Like why are u acting like her being not white makes her a lesser person and you need to try and counter it by bringing up a positive quality of hers? You then got him disrespecting her religion and wanting her to convert to Christianity and him even publicly going on stage and stating he can say whatever he wants about her and she will have to smile and take it.

And I've seen this with tons of other Indian women. They will literally tolerate verbal and physical abuse and cheating just to have a white partner. Indian men aren't any better also as a lot of them will marry straight up gold diggers just so they can have fair skin children.

Yeah the whole JD Vance situation is creepy to me as a casual external observer. I have no idea what dynamics are at play there? Status, money, power, a lifestyle? Some fucked up self loathing? Something I'm missing?

It just seems very weird that a woman of color would cozy up to a publicly White Nationalist Christian who wants to take away women's right to vote and return them to life circa 1860.

LOL. Indians as a people, tend to be as mentally weak as Latino's, by thinking being "White adjacent" means they have a "seat at the table".

The comment about her not being a white person was in response to an accusation that he only supports white people being stay at home parents. Way to cut out most of the comment to make it sound like it's something it isn't. Besides, that completely her business.
