For the most part, the Republican Party has become the landing spot for every lunatic fringe group living on the edge of society. They are the absolute filth of this country.

• The 1% Oligarchs who just want to rape the wealth of the country.
• White Christian Fascists who want a theocracy and a return to 1860.
• Libertarians who want no government and anarchy with a barter economy.
• Sovereign Citizens who also want no government and vigilante rule.
• Militias of old fat losers who were tossed out of the military and want to play Rambo.
• Ignorant assholes who despise education because it makes them feel like losers.
• Anti Vaxers who are too stupid to prevent the spread of communicable diseases.
• Confederate "Lost Cause" traitors to the United States still hating the "Yankee" govamint.
• White Power Racists who want a White Fatherland and patriarchy.
• Rural poor Whites who can't realize that they are the "Welfare Queens".
• Farmers who hate "socialism" while they exist on government support programs.
• A White underclass that has bought into the idea of a threat to White Privilege.
• Evangelical Christians who have been indoctrinated in a cult of hate for everyone else.

So yeah, Republicans are the absolute trash and sewer dwellers of our society. The Republican Party has been recruiting these people with the "Southern Strategy" since the Civil Rights movement of the 1960's. Surprise, it worked!

There are some bad apples in any group, but considering that Democrats usually trash an area when they have a big gathering, and at Glen Beck's big gathering on the National Mall, the conservatives cleaned it up better than before they got there. That says a lot.

There are good and bad people in every section of life. I can not agree with a political belief (and that holds true for both democrat and republican) and still believe there are good and bad people there. I think the more level headed republicans who didn't go full maga might be more liable to be "good people" or at least more reasonable
