women look like a threat to you?

They're all trans. Are you worried they're going to harm you or whip out what they've so carefully tucked just because they're in a women's bathroom? Do you think they would feel safe, or BE safe, in a men's bathroom? Nothing better to worry about in the USA right now, is there... like hmm, fascists taking over the government?

as long as they appear male and haven't had the snip, they should stick to the male or neutral bathrooms. once they've fully transitionned they can (and probably should for their safety and to avoid constant ackwardness) use the women's bathroom

Nope I think if you change your gender and make yourself uncomfortable to use a bathroom you dont get to make that everyone else's problem. You get to find a new place to use the bathroom... thats kinda like karma. When you do something to make yourself insecure with what you have it doesn't become my problem... I have no problems with gay people I do have a problem with the problems they make for every else. My solution is a transgender person has no bathroom. If they want one they got to make it for themselves, not bother me so much i make it for them... oh wait Trans people can't make anything especially children. I say let a Problem solve itself. No need for a 3rd bathroom with natural selection.

Man, I really thought we were past this. Yes they should be allowed to, because guess? That is their gender. Like it or not, what they identify as is what they are. Honestly, it doesn’t hurt anything, it’s not like they’re all in there, trying to get a peek at other chicks, most of them like dudes.

Yes, but the penalties for predators pretending to be trans just to gain access to women and girls should be much harsher. I’m talking about death penalty first offense kind of harsh. Frankly, anyone caught preying on children should get the death penalty on first offense. But that’s probably just a me thing.

Absolutely! But, ONLY IF, they actually PRESENT as female and are actually in mid transition or completely done with it!! None of this bullshit where you just CLAIM you're trans or, to prove it, you JUST wear lipstick!! YOU GO TO THE MEN'S ROOM!!! Yes. I have no problem with that. I've seen F2M transgendered men use the men's bathroom (but not the urinal, of course) and it didn't bother me.

I think we're at the point where we need a third bathroom type which is basically mixed. There are too many safety concerns for women to feel comfortable about this, which is obviously a shame.

Once I went to a public toilets and ther was a sticker saying a trans girl peed here and no one was harmed but I don’t think trans women should as they will always be biologically men and will upset some people.
