There is no such thing as trans woman or trans man. It’s not possible for a male to transition or transform into a female and vice versa.

When a person is born they have XY chromosomes and a male reproductive system or XX chromosomes and a female reproductive systems. This can’t be changed after birth. Surgery can’t give you a proper reproductive system from the opposite sex and cannot change your chromosomes as well. There are also over 1000 genetic differences between male and female. A genetic test could prove trans women are actually male and trans men are female.

Use the bathroom of the sex they look like. Like Blair white said, it would be extremely weird if a man that totally looks like a woman uses the male bathroom, in this case that would be it. If there's a woman that believes she's a man but looks female she should use the women's bathroom, the same for men who think they're women.

A trans woman is a man. He should be in the men's room or his own bathroom. The only men that should ever be in the women's restroom are fathers who have to take their daughters to the bathroom and there is an etiquette involved. That etiquette is you knock twice open the door and state "excuse me my daughter needs to pee if you are uncomfortable with this please say so" anytime a woman is present in the bathroom she immediately feels safer and is generally completely fine with it. Sometimes they aren't and they will say so in which case I will look for a different restroom or wait. And to the point of they don't have their own. You are correct and that needs to be fixed.

I don't even have a penis. But you aren't checking peoples biology when you see them go into the women's room, are you? If you see someone who looks like a man walk in while you're little girls are in there, are you really going to stop and ask questions when you're in the mindset to put him in a body bag?

But if they pass well enough that strangers don't know they're trans, then it's much safer to use the bathroom they look like they should use. If a passing trans woman uses the men's room that would reveal she is trans, and therefore put her in much more danger than if she just used the women's room since nobody knew she was trans.
