Should politicans be allowed to vote government contracts for their companies. Should a group of men be allow to vote that a pretty woman owes them favors.
America is already a long way down this road.

Should politicans be allowed to vote government contracts for their companies. Should a group of men be allow to vote that a pretty woman owes them favors.
It has long been said that once people realize that they can vote for more government benefits that democracy is doomed. Look at our government. The politicians have their own healthcare and retirement plans which are much better than what most people have and term limits will never pass through congress.
Still the Constitution gives the right to vote to all citizens.
How about the flip side? If you owe a tremendous amount of money. Such as in college loans. You shouldnât vote either. Such as Bidenâs loan forgiveness to college students. I am sure that young voters would have voted Biden to get their loans forgiven. So they could party for free for four years and let the working older taxpayers cover their expenses.

Social Security retirement does not represent government largesse or entitlement by the recipients; it is something that the worker has paid for over their lifetime. I have contributed Social Security retirement taxes for more than 50 years. Why should I lose my right to vote simply because I have reached the age where the government must start returning some of that money to me?
Instead of speaking with a forked tongue, why don't you say very directly what you are thinking? And don't worry about me being too stupid to understand, as I was smart enough to graduate from law school with honors.
Graduating law school only mean that you have excellent memory. It doesn't imply that you have logic, and apparently you are incapable of admitting something that is against your self interest. As a candidate of Governor of California, in 1934, Upton Sinclair perfectly described your inability to understand the issue when he suggested: âit is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding it.â
Law school requires much understanding and little memorization, but i understand why you wouldnât comprehend that. Your incorrect assumptions reflect on your intelligence, not mine.
Obviously we need government contracts and someone must approve them. It is wrong for elected officials to use their influence to direct a contract in a direction that is finically beneficial to them. There are much to many contracts given out for all of them to be by congressional or public voting. Designated committee's by those who have jobs related to what the contract is for should be doing recommending without any outside influence.
# 1 the only people that shouldn't vote are those who are NOT USA citizens. (Illegals)
#2 social security has a few different aspects and it's part of a USA program for those retired people and those that fit the bill.
#3 Government Workers? Like our Military? Seriously?
Asking if those getting money shouldn't vote is quite an interesting question. Sounds extremely suspicious 🤔!
Interesting idea. I think YES. We've got too many public servants just like the US.
They grow in the dark like toadstools.
Are you saying SS workers or those receiving SS? I think workers and yeah, cull their vote. 😂
I have often said people that don't work under age 60 should not vote. Meaning proof by Tax form.
Any women with no income should not be allowed to have more than one kid.
Anyone under 21 should not be allowed to vote.
Letâs qualify what you mean.
Which programs? Social Security? Itâs money confiscated out of my check every month. Itâs not a government handout.
Snap/welfare/section 8 housing - sure. They probably shouldnât vote.
Absolutely, social security is a handout. Recipients of Social Security like to claim that they âpaid inâ to the system and now receive their payments out of some kind of imagined trust fund. The reality, of course, is that Social Security and Medicare are 100% funded by current workers. That is, the programs are nothing more than a wealth transfer from workers to retirees. In every way except the rhetoric, Social Security and Medicare are just welfare programs.
No shit Sherlock. Itâs not welfare for the simple fact you are forced to pay into it. Stop being ridiculous
Dumfuq. Prisoners should vote. Everyone over 16 should.
Not if they adhere to the constitution. Should he 19th amendment be reversed?
No, of course not. Where the hell do you get these ideas?
No, every citizen has the right to vote.
