i think she's exaggerating ofc but she has a point. generally maga dudes (at least gen z ones), tend have a foot in the manosphere. a lot of them are just maga because they watched redpill podcasts. you also have a lot that like nick fuentes and the like.

so there's a decent chance if your boyfriend likes trump he might genuinely not like women and have very concerning ideas. and if he doesn't at this point, there's a decent chance he might be brainwashed down the line into thinking like that too. that already is a dangerous in itself. but definitely as the country gets more conservative, he might start to feel emboldened and untouchable and start applying his beliefs to you more which can mean bad treatment, dv and 'taking what's his' when he wants, among other things.
