Trump should have been arrested ages ago for one of any number of crimes. Hegseth is definitely responsible for the Venezuelan deaths and at the very least, should be indicted. So should Admiral Bradley for following an illegal order. Why are you posting anonymously?

That's not what happened. Apparently. I don't see that they were able to speak to the people on the boat before they killed them nor would they have wanted to. I think they used a drone, but even if they didn't I'm sure they didn't get close enough to go up and have a conversation. It is very unlikely that the people on the boat had a radio at all. Even if they did, there's no reason to believe that the people on a ship that fired the missile got close enough to do anything except fire the missile.

I think there is now a federal law against murder. In any event, there definitely is a law against this kind of stuff in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which you may or may not be familiar with.
