Nope… i have everything I need and can get anything I want. But I am a minimalist… I don’t like to own stuff… just the basic needs. I enjoy life experiences more than material stuff.
un terms of people, I like to engage, connect and call.. meet when possible…

attached? Not really… I am happily married… at the same time I encourage my hubby to have an active retirement… he does… so yes we have a fulfilling life.
kids are grown and doing well.
I don’t have much to ask for but do well for others.. we want to help others.

I can genuinely say I am not. I wish I was sometimes. I'd love to be chasing the cash a little more, but it's just not that important to me.

It's hard to answer. I care about what things represent to me and the memories and values I attach to them over time.

I allowed myself to feel pain when I lost a box filled with basically every physical thing I considered sentimental and tied to my sense of my story here on earth. I think it would actually be bad not to.

But I moved on. I don't know it changed my thoughts on materialism. Not sure what the right answer is anymore.

Yes, but not in the typical sense. I consider myself quite materialistic, but from the perspective of my owner's needs, wants and even her tiniest, most capricious whim. I buy her new shoes, but she always keeps my little balls blue... I worship her being but am never allowed to get my appendage where it longs to be trending, but nevertheless I'll never stop spending.

I have a respect for a dollar as much as anybody. But money does not make you a better person. Like the Bible says, you cannot worship both God and money. Money is just a tool. Unfortunately a tool that is kind of hard to get along in this world without. But all you really NEED in life is the essentials. And that's all I try to concern myself with. Work hard, try to be good person, and try to have faith that God will take care of the rest.

I guess, yes. I love pretty things but this isn't only about money because it's just a tool. This is similar to liking some people even though they aren't the best looking ones.

No, I'm not materialistic these days. I'm not overly attached to inanimate objects or most people. I'm focused on my life and how I make use of an opportunity that only comes along once and can end at any moment.

Not at all. And thats probably one of my biggest problems. I say the most serious things but like a hippie so no one takes me serious. Lol I've never wanted more, more has always stressed me out. Its a chase I gave up on running a long time ago.

In a way, I am but it's mostly been "forced" upon me because I've rarely ever had a person (other than family) to attach my heart to!! So, my records became my children. Now, I've got over 62,000 children.
