If guys cry more often in court, would they more accomodating sentences?

We all know what happened to Epstein, he's terrible and evil and should be executed and dead or in prison for eternity.

But if you are a woman, you can cry, say you are sorry and go free, just don't do it again. See video and read story. Sex acts w two underage dudes, age 16 and 17... walked!

Is it time for guys to learn to cry, confess, carry on, and promise not to "that" again?

They wouldn’t even be charged in a blue state. It’s patriarchy protecting women from themselves in red states and feminism gone awry in blue states. All over western civilization in every facet of law enforcement, women are shown leniency compared to men who commit the exact same crimes. That’s not even to mention how many men are accused and convicted of crimes that they DIDN’T commit because the standard is to accept a woman’s allegations against a man as evidence and half-ass the investigation if there’s one done at all.

you think Epstein and others could pay their way out of it? I don't think so. The one I know was not going to pay his way out of it... lifetime on offender registry and few years in jail, for a "lesser" offense.

that was two decades ago... and he only died in jail recently

so yeah, I am quite sure that his money, power and influence kept him out of jail for decades... and the many other rich men killed him because they are worse than he is, lol

Tears, remorse and self criticism can be good to lower a sentence for everyone. Being a good actor always pays off.

There is old rule. Spit on yourself to discourage others to spit on you, this rule is valid in courts either.

I think you are right as usual, if it's genuine. That leads to my next question whether it is excessive abuse to teach young boys not to cry and man up. I can send videos on that. maybe guys really do hve it worse than girls. girls have a relief valve. I am undecided now...

You don't need to cry but at least show some remorse. Judges love to talk about a defendants lack of remorse when sentencing. Isn't it worth swallowing your pride and saying sorry to knock a few years off your sentence?

someome I know got 2 years for innapropriate with an >18 student. He was remorseful. Does not seem fair. It may have helped the parents of the victims asked for a light sentence.

Crying doesn't prove innocence. It should have no effect on anything no matter who does it.
