By mapping features such as fur softness and muzzle length of various toy bears and comparing them to real bears they concluded toys don't adequately teach children about the danger of real bears.
So do you agree? Is it time to ban Teddy Bears?

I'm less concerned about Teddy Bears and more concerned about Trumpy Bears.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/i9qv8RSreIMYes, they are real. I bought one for a friend.

Of course, they are probably a little more expensive now then when I bought one during the first Trump Administration. Why? Because the Trumpy Bear has been busy making high paying American jobs... Oh, wait... Trumpy Bear is made in China and so the price increase partly due to the Trumpy Tariffs on Chinese imported goods.
Don’t forget the board game, Operation. Rubber Duckies. Piggybanks. Dinosaur toys. Rocking Horses. Cloud pillows. Robot toys. Toy cellphones. Wind-up teeth. Glow-in-the-dark Stars.
Glow-in-the-dark Stars. Gosh! Imagine kids traveling to the Sun to touch it; tragic!
Ban them all!
Let them be. Most of us will even see a bear, even though they have a comeback in some regions. Children need body contact, sometimes to a plush bear when their mother never cuddles with them. Children need something to cuddle with.
It doesn't matter if it's a bear, a dog, whale, alien or Chucky.
Well, no wonder so many women chose the bear over the man. It was all cute little Paddington's fault.

This is an obvious case of mistaken identity. Scientists do not realize that Teddy Bear is actually an homage to the US President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt, who championed ecology and maintaining nature by establishing the first National Parks in the United States.
Keep the Teddy bears.
There should be bans for six months because they teach kids to eat like bears and that’s not good for your health to be overweight to keep eating like a bear does. And it teaches the kids to go to honey beehives they collect honey when they can be stung by bees
Not at all. They should just make teddy bears more realistic to teach children about the safety needed in nature. 🐻
no its one of the greatest inventions, the parents can explain what the real ones are like and different.
Never protect idiots from themselves, especially if they’re breeding. All that accomplishes is muddying of the gene pool.
True should replace them with spiders or snakes completely harmless little fellows
Keep the bears. We don't have use for any people who can't survive because of a teddy bear. It's called natural selection.
Nah though the amount women preferring the bear and some tourists dying due to trying to pet a wild bear shows how delusional city people are in this context.
people who play with wild animals are engaging in natural selection
If we ban teddy bears what comes next? Racoons? Tigers? how about banning Barbie Dolls? They cause body dysmorphia
I wouldn't ban them, but I think there's definitely a case for making them more terrifying.
So wait, scientist want to ban Teddy Bears because it teaches children bears are safe and friendly but it's OK to teach girls bears are safe and friendly by teaching them to choose the bear over the guy? Make this make sense.
It's the bears fault we find them cute and cuddly. real facts!
I think Disney has done a lot of damage to kids understanding of wildlife, those kids grow up and try to feed Grizzly Bears on a trip through the mountains for example.
Couldn't we say the same about pretty women>>>? They "look" cute, safe and friendly, but...
Who bans them and enforces it? Government? Just what the UK needs. More regulation and control.
If they're that stupid so be it, survival of the fittest
Because kids with teddy bears in the past had a problem
Only thing that should be banned should be taxes. Everything else shouldn't be.
They should just replace them with Teddy Bunnies.
Some "scientists" are loonie.
protect the bears
Keep the bears
Would that criminalize Elvis?
