There has never been a Second Amendment right, express or implied, to carry a gun, loaded or unloaded, into an active law enforcement scene. This even applies to an item the could be mistaken for a gun, in a line of Supreme Court cases where children have been shot and killed for refusing to set down toys that looked like real guns. The Supreme Court has also held if you are pulled over and there is a weapon in your car, even in the glove compartment or trunk, you have an affirmative duty to tell the police officer as soon as he approaches you, and allow him to secure the weapon for duration of the stop, and that this does not constitute an unlawful search or otherwise violate the Fourth, Fifth or Fourteenth Amendments.

The hypocrisy here is by the left, who believes the Second Amendment has no application whatsoever, as if it didn't exist at all, except now they have carved out enormous unlawful exceptions for the killers of Charlie Kirk and the United Healthcare CEO, and the person who brought a gun into active law enforcement activity in Minnesota. No supporter of Second Amendment rights advocates for these scenarios.

If he was at all smart, he would have never raised the issue of any juxtaposition between the guy in Minnesota having a gun and being shot by ICE. Yet he seemed to do that without much hesitation at all. The fact is, the guy in Minnesota never pulled that gun out of the holster - the only person that did was an ICE guy who wanted to confiscate the gun after the guy had been beaten half to death.

That's kind of a stupid (most likely) appalachian saying, since "seeing titties" implies that they are bare, revealed to your eyes in all their glory. You could very well say "you couldn't see titties in a crowded street"... or in a bar, or at the mall, or at the office... or basically anywhere were there would be women. It would have the same lack of effect.
