I’ve been in a relationship but it didn't work out and I’ve had experience where guys didn’t wanna date me because of my disability

It depends on the type of disability and how serious it is. Down Syndrome for example has a VERY high chance of being passed on to the child. Childbirth itself can be difficult with many potential problems.

There is also a question of whether the person can take care of a child. Again, this depends on the type of disability and the severity.

My best friend was a special ed teacher who got all kinds of praise and rewards as a teacher. He was telling me that they consider it a success if the kids are able to live on their own. Most of those kids were not able to fully take care of themselves without financial aid and maybe a caretaker. However, this was a specialized school, with the less severe students being mainstreamed to regular schools.

There are people who are slow, but are perfectly able to be successful in life and raise kids.

"Society" should not be making this decision because it needs to be made on an individual basis. One size does not fit all.

The mother herself needs a lot of help daily. The mother probably can't work or get an income of her own to get said help. Then add a child the mix.

It's not necessary a moral judgment but income and wages from labor is a monetary value of life and ultimately a moral judgment.
