Why do you think people with learning disabilities shouldn’t have kids?

A lot of people think this and think they should never be a parent due to their learning disability. Is this true? Why do people think that?

Unless it's minor, it poses more risk to said child having the same issues in life also the parent with such is more likely to not treat their kid in a great way since learning difficulties create shorter temper and more stress.
Think even parents without learning disability have a hard time raising their kids and resort to abuse... so now with such?
You need critical thinking and great calm to be a parent.
