That is Richard Nixon. There is a story about Elvis visiting President Nixon in the White House and it was somewhat spur of the moment. Nixon was totally freaked out (in a good way) when he found out Elvis was in the area and wanted to drop in. He was given clearance and Nixon was talking to him about Rock music and the Beatles, etc. Ne gave Elvis some sort of keepsake trinket and then Elvis went on his way. Cool story.

Interesting that this even happened. Elvis knew a friend from childhood who just happened to work in the White House and he was able to get him in. They say Nixon was totally thrilled.
