Do you agree with my theory that Barbados is the most developed soveign black nation because they don't have victim mentality?

It still ranks 40 something, which is lower than countries domimated by other races, but much higher than other black majority countries.

I visited in 2015, and I watch those fuckers build a sandals resort and road in just 2 weeks.

One crucial factor that I noticed that stood out to me, is the people don't have victim mentality and don't give a fuck about skin color. Locals would mingle with tourists and didn't care if you ate at their restaurants, sat at their table or rode their busses. They also don't give a fuck that they were enslaved, because they say White Irish were enslaved on their island too. They also hate the term "African-American" and prefer to be called "black" and they don't believe that you have to be black to be African.

And yes, there were some lazy ones who just stood around smoking ganja and demanding money, but in a general sense, they have very different mentality and work ethic.

Grenada on the other hand was the complete opposite. They had locals only mentality, half the population was resentful towards the U. S. and they were lazy. The unemployment rate was like 30% and one of our guides straight up said they want resorts, but want someone else to come build them, instead of taking initiative themselves.

This seems to be the common theme with black people everywhere else in the world.

I saw someone say once that the successful black people are the ones who swallowed their pride and adapted and assimilated into White society, instead of fighting it. One girl here also wrote once that it's their victim mentality and being taught that White people are their enemy and also looking for easy money and street cred that's holding them back.

Bajans however have the complete opposite mentality. I really think other black nations should learn from Bajan people and follow their example.
