Anonymous(36-45)1 moI never eat out even to regular restaurants that are supposedly not considered fast food.
however, I worry about my brother’s kids. They’re always eating out, I try to tell them and I know I get annoying but their kids are getting too big..
also my sister loved to Ohio with her husband and they also almost always eat out. She used to be thin and nice and elegant and he was like bit chubby not too much but was fat..
today they both have turned into summo wrestlers 😐!! I don't know why
Our food industry has poisoned us with fake food.
an American eating a steak is not the same as a German eating a steak, where our food has been injected with all these extra nonsense to charge you more and it costs less to them, they get richer you get fatter you get sicker hospitals get richer.. it’s a business
so even if you don’t eat fast food all the time, just eating regular food at home is more difficult for an American to stay in shape than it is for Europeans.
ao when you see dot Americans , you know they are way more dedicated and worked harder for that body than anyone else in any other country.
it’s horrible.
so now add all the fast food and it gets 10times worse.
plus the ozempic making people by want to eat anymore. The food industry found a solution to make food even MORE addictive, this is on video stated by them, so people will crave more bad stuff and those in the ozembic nonsense are not only paying hundreds to get that tinker weight but also now have to fight against the new temptation that will make the ozempic harder to work since they’re making them still want more food by injecting new addictive chemicals..
our money hungry industry is not just making us all look horribly ugly but also making us sick. All for money 💰
this is why it’s pathetic to me when the average ignorant person of another country tries to bash Americans when for you guys you don’t have to fight against all this and actually we can’t even fight it because you have to eat to live and all we have is altered foods even our apples are poisoned.
if you decide to become a farmer and grow your own crops and have your own animals, they still pass by with planes ✈️ and spray shit to even get to your own naturally grown stuff.
it’s all the Jews in the end if you look behind whose behind the top decision where any of this is taking place it’s always a Jew Zionist sitting in ceo corporate. 🤮

m 1 moit varies by region...
in places like the South of Texas, yes... it is considered the most unhealthy region of the USA, and the rates of overweight/obesity are around 80% of the population... and this is greatly due to the fast food "epidemic" and this is, not only American fast food but also Mexican food, and Tex-Mex as well
actually... just last week, I was down in Texas and I was kind of shocked by this place in which I saw "fajita tacos" at a very very LOW price so I happened to check it out
I bought four tacos without actually knowing how they were like, and because they were way cheaper than the usual, and what I got was A TON of tasty delicious fajitas, I could barely finish two of them and I was already full... EATING BBQ IS OUR REGIONAL SPORT!! and just two tacos made me tap out
and I have no idea how, they managed to sell that kind of quality, on that size... at such low price, well I think I do... maybe they're just a new place and they're trying to attract clients, well it worked... the place was kind of full too
but yeah... that's pretty much it... really junky food, at lower prices, and then people get hooked on it for convenience and in some places, that's the perfect trap, lol12 Reply- 1 mo
80% OMFG 😂
Where is wall-E when we need it - 1 mo
@Maybe_Maybe_not yeah, but... these are combined figures
overweight can be a lot of people who are not obese
if you only count obesity, that's still absurdly high, lol... almost 60%

It's interesting to me that some people are so obsessed by the habits of U. S. residents.
I've come to understand that, in a way, both envy and admiration of the U. S. are behind most of those obsessions.
It's rare to see U. S. folks obsessing about the habits of other peoples of the world.
That's not due to what is commonly referred to as U. S. isolationism.
We just don't care about the habits of most other folks in the world, unless it's something of genuine interest or admiration to 'us'.
In this instance, I'm speaking not only for myself, but for my fellow U. S. countrypersons, as well.
Cheers!13 Reply- 1 mo
Being overseas, I can think of a few reasons explaining why US is so much scrutinized.
US fast food chains have been exported in so many countries, with McD being the pioneer and mothership probably. So every time it's kind of an opportunity to think of US, and not really in good terms lol. Because every time we are going to be reminded of the world class obesity rate in the USA. I assume that no one in and out of US wants to experience such a fat, for themselves, their kids and population in general.
In fact, seen from here, it's impossible to forget USA because USA's advertising is constant, through fast food export, US cinema export, and US social media leading the worldwide internet scene.

1 moFast food is expensive and unhealthy, in general. I' think most people eat more economically and healthier by cooking and making meals at home. Younger folks, college kids do more fast food.
But working adults make weekly meal plans so there's something to eat with a little at-home assemblage after work. Means you don't have to go out and wait for something disappointing. Food at home is seasoned to your tastes and made with fewer fats and less salt.
Americans know this as well as everyone else.00 Reply - 2.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
1 moIt partly depends on how you define fast food. I haven't eaten what I call fast food in quite a few years, maybe as long as ten years.
I think most American eat fast food at least sometimes. But I think only a small minority eat it more than once a week or so.
Regular restaurants are far more common and more popular than fast food.00 Reply - 4.1K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
1 moSo my parents were middle class we ate fast food frequently like 3/7 days a week less than half. But the diners were almost EMPTY! Even mcdonald had empty tables. Most americans don't buy fast food frequently. Just middle class around 30% of Americans. Not 70%!
The many options are good for competition and available but that doesn't mean we eat there often!

1 moI'd say many do but definitely not all. I have eaten at a fast food chain prob 3 times in the last ten years out of necessity and location while traveling for work. So I put I don't eat it.
Im talking MacDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's as fast food. I live in NY so I do eat pizza from real small business owners, not dominos but, I would rather make that at home now that I got good at it lol.

1 moNope. I eat at home most of the time. I eat home cooked meals with fresh ingredients. Most of the time when I am cooking something a couple of ingredients generally come right out of the garden.
