A few landlords there OWN houses that they rent. But renters don't own any land so not palestinians. ALSO England gave Gaza to egypt. Israel owns it because the one who made the world gave part of the world to israel. Through Isaac in genesis 25:5.

You can't own a territory, it's not someone's private property. A territory or country belongs to it's inhabitants, be it the current generation or future generations.

Every country is the result of migrations, war, invasions and rendition. Populations come and go. The situation in the Middle East is fruit of many centuries of conflicts and peace. You can't solve it in a couple of days.
