"Political Correctness" is that it is okay to hate White people, Christians, men, and Americans and encourage violence and suffering against them, but you cannot even say the slightest negative thing about trans, gay, or Black people, even when the things you say are true and can be backed up by statistical evidence.

It’s part of why you don’t hear people commentating on the appearances of women playing professional sports anymore like they did so disgustingly often in the 70’s and 80’s.

It's conditioning to strip your freedom of speech. Those who try to impose it want you enslaved. It's hard to tell people you are a slave, you have no freedoms all in one go, so they try to gradually erode you since of independence and freedom over multiple generations until people forget what freedom is and just behave as oppressed slaves.
