Right house is where I'd be and as you can see it's attached to the left house.
To the right of the house are there bedrooms (2 floor) and living room (1st floor)
My concerns is possible noise from the house to the left.

Looks like that is wooden stud wall construction. So yes, there will be noise bleed from both units into the other. Some attached townhomes are built with 12" thick concrete walls between them to combat noise bleed. But that isn't what you're looking at in those 2 attached living spaces.
Inevitably there is going to be some noise transfer. But if you put on some music in the room closest to the other house, you should be fine.
Any time you aren't in a free-standing building, this will be an issue, as any apartment dweller can assure you.
Who else but Quagmire ๐๐
It depends on the build of the house. Going by this photo and what I've heard of American houses, I think they are quite flimsy with thin wooden walls, so probably bad sound isolation. With proper thick concrete/stone walls it's probably not an issue.
@Staximus it doesn't change what I said. My post was about sound isolation, why or why not this house is built like this doesn't matter.
That being said, a quick research shows that what you're said is not correct.
It doesn't have to be an issue. 😊

It does for me... I can hear them piss and walk around even. I don't know what's going on next door, but they don't talk much. Just a kid and the woman and they don't talk...
Woman is kinda hawt to me so I just want to fuck when the kid is asleep. Wonder if she would be down? I mean the man was there, just isn't anymore. I'll make that pussy feel real good... a win-win.
well i lived in roe homes in philly. excessive noise or machine did transfer some but normal daily things no occasionally something dropped would sound. worst was if neighbor hangs speakers on party wall and cranks bass up only the Thummim mm mmm not the music gets through
Yeah, youโll hear them laugh and cry and youโll hear their conversations. I stayed in one of those for one month while I was moving. You can hear them coming home from work going to work and puddling around the house. I donโt like it
Thanks for sharing sounds like a disaster. I'll avoid this.
Attached you will be more likely to hear and be heard all noises.
It certainly could depending on the construction. If there's an air gap it will be quieter.
it might but it might not. depends on what's there. my house is connected to the neighbors similar and there's barely any noise coming from them at all.
Oh for sure. Especially of there is hardly any insulation in the adjoining wall.
If they are noisy, it is quite likely.
When you're the close, you'll hear a lot yeah
Or concerns if they'll hear you 👌🏻😏
It's quite possible.
Of course it will
