Why is it normal for women to call men a virgin as an insult, but men don't use that as an insult to women?

I think there's this idea that is considered a virtu if a woman is a virgin so she's considered somehow sacred, if a man is a virgin it's considered a flaw because he's inexperienced which in my view is wrong. But our world is prejudiced and very unkind sometimes and humanity has a lot of double standards.
