Because they are extremely immature, have no respect for themselves or other people, and upset because they're not virgins anymore out of spite and jealously. The standards for society is forever changing and is changing every day. And it's not for the better. I've seen more of these people who insults others sexual status have more problems psychologically than those who don't do it. Nearly 90% of the world's population expects you and basically everybody to be sexually involved but shames others who decided to not conform to those ways. Being one myself, I have received far more respect being one and my behavior, attitude towards life, etc shows the fruits of what it means to be one than if you weren't. And being one also taught me that virginity is also YOU and not just a part of you. Having hatred for it is saying you hate yourself. Plus they use it because they have issues with themselves and often regret losing theirs. So there is a lot of envy, jealousy and resentment.

Virginity = sexually unattractive = unattractive person = no one likes you = bad personality, bad grades, bad whatever = someone to be avoided = invitiation for an insult

Something that is easily obtained has no value. If you look at sex as a commodity where men are the buyers and women are the sellers, women that puts out easily have low value. As for the men shaming promiscuous women, people generally get jealous of things that only a select few can obtain.

To answer your question, thanks to women's sexual liberation through feminism, high status men will always have a steady stream of women wanting to give it up. If there's a woman that wants to wait till marriage, there's one across the street that's willing to fulfill his needs. Women can either save themselves for virgin nice guys that still believe in "marriage"... BORING, or be with men that doesn't believe in marriage where her history doesn't matter. I'm not traditional. I'm non-monogamous, and sapeosexual. I commit to one romantic partner, but sex is a physical act that ain't got shit to do with love. It doesn't matter how many partners you have as long as everyone is honest clean and safe. I get regular checkups, I only sleep with other men who do the same, and there is no excuse to not use a condom every time, unless you're trying to get pregnant, or catch an STD/I intentionally.
