I have seen this a lot online. Men will say women prefer men who are experienced. Meanwhile in real life i have heard from women who are friends that they prefer virgins. I asked them why and they said that it’s nice to be someone’s first (and probably last if married) and because you dont have to deal with past history of an ex, so you know that his feelings are only there for you.
In all honesty, there's a whole ass range between the man being a virgin and basically community dick. I don't want a virgin but I don't want community dick either.
Men are obsessed with it. Women aren't. We don't want a fuckboy but we don't care other than that.
It's women that copied it from men, for men it because mama's baby, papa's maybe trope.
