What happens now that Congress’s 60-day deadline on Trump’s war is up?

So Congress gave Trump 60 days to stop his illegal war. The 60 days are up. Does this mean that Trump will stop the war or that Congress will force him to? Or will everybody just ignore that 60-day deadline? The person that references that supposed "ceasefire" a the reason that the deadline doesn't apply will receive the troll of the month award.
