This is a great example of projection. Creator of the meme is concerned about being viewed as cruel and "sick" due to their lack of any empathy and desire to make life better in general. If humans as a species had refused to help others throughout time they would almost certainly now be extinct. Seems to me forcing everyone to resolve everything without help is self destructive. That photo really demonstrates why America is now thought to be a significant threat to the world.
