Why has the LGBT movement grown so large in media and society?

From a religious standpoint, I don't approve of LGBT. It's considered a grave sin. However, platforms like Netflix and social media constantly share LGBT content, weakening the family structure. What are your thoughts on this?

It will eventually die, but it got to this point because of how empathetic the Western word is but they ha e pushed it so far its now getting backlash, plus it really would die anyway because those that are in that community would eventually die out anyway.

It's a long story, but I'll try to make it as short as possible.

A group of Jewish intellectuals, mostly Germans, created a set of utopian ideas based on Socialism, but with some added specifics. This set of ideas was what we call Communism, or Marxism, because Karl Marx wrote a book representing these ideas and was a leader in that group of German Jewish intellectuals.

Their idea was that the state (essentially the government) should own everything "in the name of the people" and the state should run everything via centralized management, and that everyone would do what they were good at and the state would compensate everyone based on the state's determination of their needs. And thus, everything would be "fair."

Of course, in the real world, the things that people were good at rarely lined up with the jobs that actually needed to be done, so places that put this system in practice quickly had to force people into jobs. And a person who was really good at their job and was more productive often received less than a completely useless person who barely knew anything and pretended to work just hard enough to stay out of trouble, but perhaps had more children or was close friends with someone politically connected. This demotivated the productive people and encouraged the lazy and ignorant to remain lazy and ignorant. The economy collapsed and the state was forced to subsidize things by selling off resources - but the resources are finite and the workers needed to extract them were also finite. Eventually the hole thing collapses.

The Marxists figured this out quite early, and by the 1920s they'd already figured out it would be very difficult to spread Marxism to places that had a capitalist society, because those societies would be better off. They concluded that they would first have to destroy the existing, successful capitalist society, and THEN, when standing in the ruins of Capitalism, would then offer Marxism to the people and they would happily vote it in. And Marxists wouldn't have enough money to rely on using money to motivate huge changes in behavior, so they had to figure out an inexpensive way to destroy western civilizations from within.

Their solution was SUBVERSION - to use propaganda and indoctrination to slowly change the thinking of society over time, in order to cause society to reject the things that were pillars of strength, and instead embrace their weaknesses, which would be relabeled as "strengths" and "moral goodness." They would need to infiltrate all branches of media, education, and government, indoctrinate as many people as they could, and promote destructive policies. And one of the key pillars that they identified as needing to be destroyed was the nuclear family. An individual alone is weak, but someone with a family supporting them is much stronger, and would resist much longer, and they couldn't have that.

Russia had Marxists agents in the US as early as the late 1920s training gullible or easily manipulated Americans, without using words like Communism or Marxism - just teaching them about "fairness" and "equity." Those ideas spread in the fertile ground of the Great Depression in the 1930s, but WWII was a speedbump for the program, but once that ended, it was full-speed ahead again. By this time, they had enough people trained and indoctrinated to infiltrate the media, the government, and education. By the 1960s, there was a much larger group that had been indoctrinated by the first group, who had by then moved up into positions of power. That's when this stopped being a fringe movement that could be dismissed and started to really spread. This was also when Feminism was quite literally taken over (by the Red Stockings - a group of Marxist Feminists who literally forced the non-Marxist Feminists to either convert or leave - most converted to maintain their power and influence).

Equal rights for people who happened to be gay (or lesbian) was one thing. I supported nondiscrimination. But then weirdos - transgenders, trans-sexuals, transvestites, and people of every sexual kink and proclivity attached themselves to the successful LGB movement to demand equal acknowledgement and acceptance.

But I don't think there were large enough numbers to achieve what was accomplished in getting LGBT into elementary schools, film, TV and even cartoons. They didn't have the numbers needed to legislate trans rights to women's only facilities and sports. It wasn't grass roots.
Something else happened.

I think anonymous people with massive amounts of money and influence paid people who were not LGBT or activists to show for large rallies. They paid for transportation, flags, signs and banners.
It was the same nefarious people who funded millions of Central and South Americans to travel thousands of miles to cross our borders en mass.

People like those behind the World Economic Forum have an agenda to destroy national and cultural identity, cause chaos, create a population of confused weaklings, and diminish the global population.

Transgenderism/trans-sexuality also has a trans humanist element in which people are convinced that reality only exists in your mind. Those people become avatars who exist outside of reality and can be easily controlled.

The end game is Human 2.0/The Great Rest/The New World Order/One World Government where governments aren't elected, don't represent The People and are, instead, run by faceless AI that can't be questioned. And people are managed like live stock.

I don't even know what LGBT means because I don't care

I look at women like this if they want something go get it if you are capable of getting it you're going to do it but if you have to play games and really didn't think about the game you were playing shame on you

There are women out there that have came up the ladder because they worked hard for it and they deserve whatever they get I believe in that I believe in being equal in every relationship that I'm in we are equal I don't care about the money part of it I don't care about the title part of it but if you want to use that title to get what you want instead of hard work well you're going to fail because you're playing the wrong game

Question for you to consider Melanie: Do you actually think, and I'm using the word "think" here to define that process in your brain where you access information and try your best to process it without bias, that children growing up who feel attraction to their own sex have been manipulated or brainwashed by LGBTQ groups to believe they're queer?

Do you actually THINK that parents who do not tell their kids " it's a SIN and you'll burn in hell" are responsible for their children's burgeoning preferences?

And not least of all, if God doesn't make mistakes, and God created everyone, are you saying that God screwed up and created a whole shitload of LGBTQ folks just for the hell of it?

What you call a "movement" is nothing more than a response to being told by people like yourself, and people of other religions, that they are mentally ill, sick or abominations because they're not attracted to the opposite sex like you are. Families are weakened by this in any way unless they choose to be.

I don't believe you've ever "thought" about this, but rather, you're regurgitating what your religion tells you to think and accepting it without question because, like all religions, yours is infallible.

As far as your question, the success of the LGBT movement was a combination of many things. First off we started to see many groups come together. Like the Gays, Lesbians, Bi people and Trans folk. Together they were a lot stronger. Many people in the movement had reached high social status. Some were beloved celebrities. They also managed to equate sexuality and gender identity with racial identity. If you were gay, you were born that way.

Then add the fact that the ANTI LGBT people didn't have any decent arguments. It made no logical sense to bar LGBT people from marriage or make consensual actions behind closed doors illegal. All they really had was "if you let gay people get married then soon you'll be allowing people to sleep with dogs" Which is not a really convincing argument.

I cancelled Netflix last year due to their show choices. I haven’t missed it as there are so many options now. I think gay/trans/bi went through a huge fad stage driven by media and movies & shows. I saw stats recently that shows it going down among high school students.

Well LGBTQ has been extended to the point where you can be completely Hetrosexual and lgbtq by claiming one of the new socially constructed genders or sexualities.

Being white Christian Hetrosexual can get you discriminated against or targeted.

To get into college after multiple rejections I had to pretend to be Hispanic gender neutral lesbian on the my application. Like my pictures I had fake tan on, dyed my hair jet black and got brown contacts in.

The MSM overrepresents homosexuals, lesbians, etc. because they are part of a leftist agenda to normalize that lifestyle. They want to shape our attitudes by constantly exposing us to representations that show those alternative lifestyles in the best possible light. Whereas I have nothing against the LGBT movement, I'm put off by the oversize of their media footprint in society. It is a fact, that they represent about 10% of the population.

There are other larger groups representing their repressed people. What about old people? For example, 12% of the world population is over 60yo and this proportion is expected to nearly double to 22% by 2050.
