Agree or Disagree, it's normal for kids of this generation to not be ready to drive at 18, 19, 20 due to anger issues, anxiety, immaturity, etc?

It's completely normal to not know how to drive at those ages. For one I'm 25, no license, never plan on getting a car ever. Why would I spend a lot of money when there's good public transport, uber type apps, my own two feet. I lived for most of my life without my parents having a car because they thought it was useless. I feel like this is very regional debate. Like in Europe or in big cities in the us, a very large chunk of the population doesn't own cars and don't have a license. But if you live in, lets say, rural texas, you probably would need a car and should get one relatively young.
