Why are so many women in the UK abusing and harming babies?

I constantly see women torture, beat and abuse babies in the UK. If that was my baby, I'd kill those women.

Even a crocodile mother with walnut sized brain has genetically in built instinct to protect and not to harm her brood. It seems this mechanic doesn't work on small amount of women. Even though there is even a bigger amount of mothers who allows their partners to herm their kids.
On the other hand if you see eyes of those individual in news, their empty eyes and mental void behind, you know they would score far below Koko the Gorilla in IQ tests.

I don't think the per capita number is higher than the rest of the world, I could be wrong. It's probably lower in entire number than in the U. S. or Chia, simply due to how many people live in the U. S. or China compared to the U. K.
