You could have ducked the service in a lot of easier ways.
An injury maybe, a doctor’s note of a chronic injury might get you exempt from service.
If you ask me I would much rather do the military service than take harmful drugs messing up my hormones.
But I won’t judge someone who isn’t willing to.
Military service is no small thing.
Depends on the consequences and if they were fair or not i'd say, if you did something you know you shouldn't have done then just deal with it and don't complain. But sometimes we do the best things with the best intentions and the consequences still suck, then its fine to complain in my book.
Depends on what you did and what the consequences were 🤷♀️
If I shoot someone because I hate them I can't complain if I go to jail.
If I decide to wear a miniskirt and get sexually harassed because of it then I absolutely can complain about it.
Just own te]hem, forgive yourself and move on. Everyone makes mistakes.
